We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Sales team. You will be responsible for identifying and generating leads through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, Apollo.io, Guru, and Freelancer — building strong client relationships and contributing to revenue growth remotely from Pakistan.

About the role

As a BDE, you will actively hunt for new business opportunities across top freelancing and professional platforms. You'll engage prospects, pitch services, manage proposals, and close deals while working closely with the sales team to hit targets.

What you'll do

  • Generate leads and acquire clients via Upwork
  • Guru

  • Identify and connect with prospects through LinkedIn and Apollo.io
  • Write and submit winning proposals on freelancing platforms
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain and update CRM with leads
