About the role
You will lead AI engagements end-to-end: architecture, model selection, evaluation, deployment, monitoring. You care about evals as much as you care about prompts.
What you'll do
- Design and ship production RAG and agent systems
- Build evaluation harnesses and CI evaluators
- Own observability and continuous improvement
- Mentor engineers new to LLM systems
- Partner with clients on AI strategy
What you'll bring
- 3+ years in ML or AI eng (LLM exposure required)
- Solid Python; comfort with LangChain/LangGraph or peers
- Production experience with vector DBs
- Strong fundamentals in retrieval and evaluation
